Chips not cooked properly still hard and didn’t like the chicken strips what I got instead of chicken wings

Meal deal I ordered states large doner kebab. Nope! What came was a tray of meat with few chips in. This has happened in the past on a different order with the excuse of ‘we changed menu’ So I never even bothered ringing because would have been the same excuse. Just glad i ordered extra chips myself or would have been someone left hungry. Kebab meat was also dry. Will not be returning from now on.

Top marks for Food we received - we were starving after your typical chaotic ikea build & it was good, particularly the T rex pizza which genuinely was the nicest we’ve had in a while. Unfortunately Marked down one due to delivery service. 5 mins after ordering online I Realised I forgot garlic so phoned to request it, guy on phone was great we were told no problem. On arrival were handed 2 boxes, asked if garlic was there which it wasn’t, driver said he would nip back for it so we gave him more money to cover it. It’s only down the road so we sat there, letting our sauceless food slowly go cold, fantasising of thick, fragrant garlic dip - a little drizzle on the chicken, a cheeky dip of the pizza, we all know kebabs not kebab without garlic sauce! Sadly, the driver never returned! Grief stricken, my poor partner had to put his kegs back on & drive all the way down the street to get the sauce we paid the delivery guy for. Apparently it was ‘in the bag’ dum dum duuum! -THERE WAS NO BAG!- with hindsight when he’d got home and we discussed it, pondering over this mystery bag and why it was needed for a single sauce, we realised our order was also missing 2 cans of pop and salad that was part of meal deal! At this point of our harrowing ordeal there was just no convincing my partner to don his trousers a second time and make the arduous journey 2 seconds down the road to ask for our missing pop and greenery. Alas, I’m devastated and thirsty, maybe they also do the finest salad in the area- I’ll never know now…????
